As Vice President of Human Resources, Franziska Schlüter is responsible for strategic development and operational HR issues. She ensures that we are getting the right employees with the necessary know-how on board, develop and leverage their talents and aims to develop flexible and creative solutions that will enable us to retain key people.
Throughout her professional career Franziska has worked in different positions in the HR environment and was able to gather experience in the areas of recruitment, personnel development, leadership training, personnel marketing including employer branding and also as a legal adviser in terms of labor law. Most recently she worked for a Management and IT Consultancy in Hamburg as Human Resources Manager and focused on personnel development and employer branding.
After completing her degree in law at the universities of Bremen, Göttingen and Dublin and her legal clerkship in Dortmund and Hamburg, she worked as a legal adviser for an employers’ organization. In this context she discovered her passion for human resources issues. As a result, she started further study and earned a Business Economist HR qualification at University in Potsdam.
